Don’t worry! All sessions are recorded, but attending live is where the magic happens — you’ll get real-time support, answers to your questions, and connection with others.
The live sessions are 90 minutes weekly. Outside of that, any additional time you invest in reflection, exercises, and self-care practices is entirely up to you.
