We can look at all of the key areas in your life that will have an impact on your wellbeing, but if you aren't in the right frame of mind, ready to take action, step outside of your comfort zone to make positive changes, then the likelihood of failure is high.
Your mindset is key in all of this - if you want to improve your wellbeing, you have to be prepared to engage in a strong mindset, recognise that you need to make changes (why would you be here otherwise?), and be positive about taking that next step.
We can work together to create a plan and focus on where you want to be -
but you're the driver and you are the only person who can make the changes.

What you eat has a massive impact on your health and wellbeing - mentally and physically. A good balanced diet is vital for you to be healthy and have the best chance of fighting disease.
We look at what you're eating, how it impacts you, and what improvements you can make to support better wellbeing.
This is not a one-size-fits-all approach or about restricting what you eat. LBP Wellness' approach is about creating awareness of the foods you're eating and working out the best approach for you, incorporating habits that are manageable.
Humans need daily movement, yet we currently spend too much time sitting at desks or on sofas. Moving every day is the best insurance against future issues as we age.
We look at what movement in your day currently looks like, any barriers you feel are stopping you from moving more, and ways you can make improvements.
Together we'll work on a plan of action for you and focus on the benefits it will bring to your future wellbeing.
Sleep is critical for both mental and physical wellbeing, and is key for good brain health. It is something that a lot of us see as optional and therefore sacrifice it in the interest of other activities.
We'll look at your sleep habits and how it's currently impacting your overall wellbeing. There may be elements of your life that are being impacted that you may not attribute to poor sleep habits.
We'll work on actions that can improve your sleep and have a positive impact on other areas of your wellbeing.
High levels of stress over a long period of time can have long lasting and damaging effects. Being in a constant state of high alert and stress is not sustainable and can lead to significant physical and mental health issues if ignored.
We'll work to identify your stress triggers and develop coping strategies to achieve a more balanced life and improve your overall wellbeing.
How you feel and react to situations and how you feel in your relationships (personal and work) have a huge impact on your overall wellbeing. Your emotional and mental health will move in peaks and troughs throughout your life, and the key is having resilience to adapt and cope.
We'll look at what strategies you have in place, and what tools you may need to build or improve your mental and emotional resilience and create a positive impact on your overall wellbeing.
Having support around you, and people with whom you connect and care about is vital. Human beings are social creatures and need connection, to feel part of a group or tribe (even those of us who are introverts!). It can have a significant impact on how we feel about ourselves and our lives. It's one of the areas we tend to neglect in times of high pressure or stress, or when we're feeling low.
We'll look at what your social connections look like and work on ensuring you have the support, camaradarie and care around you that you need and deserve.
